Our Honeymoon – Sydney {Day 4} episode 2/2

next stop…. PADDINGTON. (I should have brought my Paddingtion bag here right… visualise the paddington in PADDINGTON!!!) isnt it kewl…

We took a cab from Circular Quay to Paddington. Check the weather indicated in the taxi LCD.

Oxford Street! Where lotsa boutiques are around this area… am so excited now… Once u enter thru Oxford street, Paddington will be at the end of the road.
Another motive for visiting this suburban is……. make a guess???
Yesh bingo….. to look for “The Cupcake Bakery” lah…
A blogger mention in her blog that to look for cupcake bakery is difficult… instead LOOK OUT for Max Brenner chocolate Bar cos its more prominent and directly opposite.
Check out below whether i found it or not….

Each day we saw a different Honda Prelude….We so in love with this car & totally miss him…. Babe used to drive a black one… sighzzz *miss miss*

Cupcake Bakery…. we are here
Address: 438 Oxford St Paddington NSW 2021. Their new shop is located at 320B George St Sydney NSW 2000.

Not many choices left.. the lady says Business is good today and have no time to replenish… OMG!! no choice lor.. so left with this. ** verdict: the cupcake is a bit too sweet for mi**

I am curious to check out how the courtyard looks like… so here’s a pic….
Quiet and serene….. that lady is reading a book while enjoying her cupcake.. so envy!!!

*Angry Angry* when i walk back to my seat….. lotsa freshly baked cupcakes are replenish!!!! **faintz**
Btw, check the right pic… “Chilli Chocolate cake with Chocolate Butter” I doubt i will try it… cos chilli is not my cup of tea…

Walking back to the city, this is what we spotted….
Damn cool…. cos they are so open about this… we even spotted 2 gays nibbling each other ears… something that i never see in Singapore.

G’bye Paddington… I will miss u lots…

The famous “Ding Tai Fung” right below our hotel & the queue is soooo long… Lotsa asian waiting to sample the “xiao Long bao” as they recently open their first shop in Sydney. Our queue number is “126″ and its 80 now… OMG!!!! They server says must wait at least an hour or so…. *hungry hungry*
They are very thoughtful to place hot tea outside cos its really cold & constantly replenish them + heater for their patrons. Good service!!! *thumbs up*

shant waste time waiting there… so we went to our favourite supermarket COLES…. *bought lotsa tibits back home* kekeke. Btw, COLES closed @ midnight daily… so when we have nothing to do or when we come down for coffee,we will go in to walk walk walk… there are lotsa pple at night especially asians.

It’s our turn le!!!! *happy*
 

First; Shrimp Pork WanTan Soup

Second; Fried Rice ChickenChop – very delicious…. i hope Singapore introduce this too!!! pleasesssss

Third; Beef Soup with Noodles – another dish that Singapore do not have in their menu

Last; famous “Xiao Long Bao” but i forgot to take pics… but no different vs Singapore de…..

After dinner, we stroll to Darling Harbour again… so “romantic” kekekekekeke

A cold weather + ice-cream = wont melt so fast… *abish! rubbish* hahahaha

With this, we end our Day 4 with a {SWEET} smile….
